Valderdos is a recent addition to the LBS range, sourced from a neighboring quarry to Rozadais in the Castille De Leon region of North West Spain. This slate is known for its flat, smooth, and consistent texture, requiring minimal grading.
Its dark colour with a pronounced longitudinal grain adds a distinctive touch to any project, and it is readily available in sizes:

Favoured by slaters for its ease of use, Valderos slate achieves the highest possible classification under the European standard BS EN 12326-1:2014, with ratings of W1, S1, and T1.
